Creating an account

Step 1: Registration

Start by visiting our registration page.

Here, you'll need to provide the necessary information to create your account. Begin by entering your details, including your email address, mobile phone number, and a strong password. If you use a password manager, you can also input your credentials from there. Don't forget to accept the terms and conditions, then click the "Register" button.

Step 2: Email Confirmation

Once you've completed the registration, you'll receive an email asking to confirm your NetNada account.

Always remember to check your spam folder

After clicking the email link, you can go to the Sign in page.

Step 3: Account Setup

After logging in, you'll be prompted to set up your account. This step involves providing some key information about your organisation so we can better support you

Company questions:

• Have you calculated your business's carbon footprint before? If you have, answer accordingly. If you haven't, simply select "No" to indicate that you've never tried. This helps us understand your level of familiarity with carbon accounting.
• Do you have a dedicated sustainability committee, manager, or any existing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies in place? These questions help us determine the structure of your sustainability efforts. Provide your answers accordingly.

Once you've completed these steps, click "Get Started," and you'll quickly find yourself inside your brand new NetNada account.

Step 4: Selecting Reporting Year

In the next step, you'll need to select the reporting year for your emissions calculations. This is the financial year for which you want to calculate emissions.
