Accessing and Understanding the Standard Report

This video serves as a detailed tutorial on how to access and generate a standard report within the Netnada system. Alex, Head of Customer Success at Netnada, walks viewers through the process, ensuring clarity for both new and returning users.

Key points covered in the video include:

  • Accessing Reports: Once your data has been reviewed, you will be notified when it’s time to access the standard report, though you're welcome to access it at any time.
  • Setting the Reporting Year: Alex explains how to set the reporting year to the desired period (e.g., 2024 financial year), which will pull all the visible data on your platform into a PDF format.
  • Generating the Report:
    • Navigate to the left-hand side menu and select "Reports."
    • Click on "Request Standard Report."
    • After a few seconds, refresh the page, and your report will be ready for download.
  • Report Details:
    • The report includes key information such as your organizational details and emissions boundaries.
    • Users will find emissions data categorized under Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3.
    • The report also includes the total number of suppliers in your supply chain and any registered emissions offsets.
    • Methodologies and the specific boundaries of the emissions are clearly displayed.
  • Organizational Boundaries and Data Sources:
    • The report provides a breakdown of your operational boundaries and where the data is sourced from.
    • It also covers details about your supply chain, top contacts, emission categories, and associated emissions.
  • Flexibility: Users are encouraged to generate and use the standard report as they see fit, with the ability to request a new report at any time.

This guide is designed to help you navigate the system with ease and make the most of the reporting features Netnada provides.
