BBP x NetNada Emissions Reporting Trial - Cohort 1
FAQ's
Q:When will it begin?
A: Once the cohort group is locked in, a 30 min online onboarding webinar will be scheduled – TBC last week in November.
Q: What do I need to do as a business owner or representative?
A: Watch the webinar (it will be recorded) and follow the steps outlined by NetNada for exporting your relevant expense data. There will also be some additional data that needs to be uploaded in PDF relating to expenses and supplies purchased for the business to give granularity to the emission analysis and reporting. You may be asked some clarifying questions by the team to ensure the full picture can be captured and measured accurately but this is a once off exercise that would take 30 minutes or less.
Q: What can I expect from the trial?
A: Once the information is loaded, the platform will deliver a snapshot of your Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions. This will be delivered within a report that can be used across every facet of your sustainability efforts. From grants/tenders, to forming the basis for carbon neutrality, shared with external and internal stakeholders, legitimising sustainability claims on your website or more.
Q: What do I do then?
A: The BBP team will work with each business to identify opportunities and initiatives to reduce the business’ emissions as a first step. Further steps might include offsetting emissions depending on the business’ goals and objectives which will be discussed and put into an action plan.
Q. What is the cost?
A: The cost for this software usually costs thousands of dollars, but thanks to investment by the BBP will be made available FREE for the accepted cohort.
Q. What is the time-commitment?
A: Aside from the onboarding session, we generally see a 1-2 hour investment needed on your end, that can be completed in your own time.
